U.S. ARMY

In my experience with fluent360, I supported the US Army team in building social media copy, proofreading long- and short-form content, ideating on the activation of β€œThe Language of Coding” and supporting the scripting of "the Language Of", a series of conversations between Army Officers and bilingual influencers. I also ideated and conceptualized campaigns for ROTC enlistments, specifically targeting BIPOC and female audiences, to advance the inclusion of diverse groups in professional careers in the Army.

Pipeline to Leadership: The word "pipeline" has been historically associated with streamlining and negatively associated with systemic issues like the "school-to-prison pipeline," which highlights how marginalized youth are funneled into incarceration. This campaign for ROTC scholarship enrollment intentionally reclaims and reframes the term, transforming it into a positive, empowering pathway, where discipline, education, and mentorship propel young Americans toward leadership, not limitation.

SCRIPtWRItING

I supported the scriptwriting for β€œThe Language Of,” a series developed by the team at fluent360 that brought the voices of Army officers and soldiers into the influencer space to create connection and showcase a more human and relatable side of Army members.
